1. The Service

LeetReviewer helps you organize coding problems, review past work, and schedule future reviews using spaced repetition. Certain features may also require AI access.

The Service may be available through web, desktop, and mobile applications. Third-party content, services, trademarks, or metadata referenced through LeetReviewer belong to their respective owners.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the coding solutions, notes, and other content you submit to LeetReviewer.

You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your content or use your coding solutions to train our own AI models.

Some features may require submitted content to be processed by third-party service providers that help us provide those features. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing

LeetReviewer is currently free to use.

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide information about applicable pricing before you purchase them. You will not be charged unless you choose to purchase a paid offering.

4. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through available account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that LeetReviewer will always be available or error-free.

We also do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output or that a particular review schedule will be appropriate for every user or study style.

LeetReviewer is not affiliated with or endorsed by LeetCode. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party problem information or metadata referenced through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeetReviewer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed USD $100.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as LeetReviewer and its features evolve.

If we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will update the date above and provide reasonable notice when appropriate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
