These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeetReviewer (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeetReviewer is a personal review scheduling platform for coding problems. It helps you save and organize your solutions, review past work, and schedule future reviews using spaced repetition. Certain features may also provide AI-assisted feedback.

We provide the Service through web, desktop, and mobile applications. Coding problems, problem descriptions, and other third-party content or metadata referenced through the Service belong to their respective owners. LeetReviewer is not affiliated with or endorsed by LeetCode.

Your coding solutions, notes, and review history remain yours. You grant LeetReviewer a limited license to store, process, and display your content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

We do not sell your content or use your coding solutions to train our own AI models.

Certain features, including AI Review, may require your submitted content to be processed by third-party service providers that help us operate the Service. Such processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and the applicable providers' data-processing terms.

4. Pricing

The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide notice before any charges apply. You will not be charged unless you affirmatively choose a paid offering.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the available account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or pose a security risk. Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-generated feedback will always be accurate or complete, or that any review schedule will be appropriate for every user or study style.

LeetReviewer is not affiliated with or endorsed by LeetCode, and we do not warrant the accuracy or availability of third-party problem information or metadata referenced through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeetReviewer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will update the date above and provide reasonable notice, such as through the Service or by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including LeetReviewer's software, branding, logos, original content, interface elements, and other materials created by or for LeetReviewer, is owned by LeetReviewer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, these Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in LeetReviewer or its intellectual property.
